Dave visiting Cartegena There are no words.  This week was really crazy.  I have got to start with Monday night.  Sorry about not a very long letter last week we had to move from 6-9 so we left the Internet early to get things started. So, we were moving like 3 blocks but we had to move all the big stuff so my companion and I found this random guy driving a motocarro that has a longer part in the back, like a bed to a truck.  His name was Reed.  We talked him into helping us move for 30 mil pesos (it´s like ten bucks) Our stairs to our old apartment were super steep and a little sketchy to remove our fridge and closets.  So we started doing it and my companion almost died, I totally saved his life, then the power went out in the middle of the move.  It was really crazy.  But we ended up getting everything over to the new apartment then our other elders there had to go because it was 9.  So my companion and I live in the 3rd floor o...

Herro!! Post from 6/12/2017

Sounds good over there in good old USA.  There´s a member here that always looks at me and says, "you´re from the wild west" I don´t know who taught him that but I enjoy it. We´re teaching family that is awesome.  Clemente, Yadira, and their grandson John.  My first day here, Clemente had his answer that he needed to be baptized and they have been attending church every Sunday and are progressing really well.  They always give us mango juice and are really in tune with the spirit.  We have plans to help them get baptized the 24th of June.  Keep them in your prayers. Other than that we are just looking for new people to teach.  The Elders in my district are calling me the maquina or the machine.  Because I´m always trying to talk to people.  Some of the people that we find are really crazy.  But that´s part of the work.  Today we´re moving into a new apartment.  And it will be my first time having an apartment with air ...

Another week in Colombia

This week was crazy.  We´ve been working really hard and I have been enjoying this area a ton.  We had a fast this week and it was tough because I have never been so thirsty in my life. But other than that this week has been fun.  We went to a way old fort today in Cartegena.  A lot of Cartegena was put together in the mid 1500´s so we went on a tour bus today with our zone.  Enjoy these photos of us in Cartegena.  Sorry, but didn´t have much time we just got back to our area and we have to stop writing at 6 our time. But I hope everything goes great for you guys this week.  I Pray for you heaps and think of y'all lots.  -- Con muchisimo amor, Elder Fuell
