Another week in Colombia

Baptizing in the Caribbean Sea
Hello

I´m glad to hear that Grandma is getting better and I will try to send the photos again. Happy Anniversary!! I hope you enjoyed the Kart driving!

This last week was crazy.  I´m sick this week.  I got some sort of weird virus and I have been sick for like 3 days.  It´s given me the squirts and stomach aches with weird side effects.  Like on Sunday my whole body was so sore that I could barely move.  So we went back to my house and I rested.  On Tuesday we had to go to Barranquilla because we got to listen to Elder Stevenson in person.  But to do that we had to sacrifice our family writing time on Monday.  Don´t worry, I love you guys a lot, but he´s an apostle, so there are many things I can learn from this guy.  It was a really cool experience.  His teaching was so simple, but so guided by the spirit.  In the beginning he just looked out at us and said, "I´m relying on the spirit because I don´t have something planned to share with you" and it ended up being a really incredible learning experience.  The apostles are real teachers.  He even cried when he bore his testimony at the end and left us a blessing on the office of the apostles that our families will be okay while we´re serving in the mission.

I´m excited to see you guys soon, but I am also going to make every day, every hour, every minute, every second, count.  Because I know who I´m serving and why I am serving him.

"Behold, I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. I have been called of him to declare his word among his people, that they might have everlasting life."

I´m serving Christ, and I do it because I love him.  Love you guys too.

Have a great week
